Documents Clearing

Legal Documentation Services

A clearly drafted document prevents an expensive argument later. We prepare the wording and handle the processing.

  • Draft reviewed before signing Nothing is finalised until you have read it.
  • Handled confidentially Your documents go no further than the matter they were given for.

Day-to-day life and business in the UAE generate a steady stream of formal documents: tenancy agreements, employment contracts, memoranda of understanding, no-objection letters, undertakings, affidavits and declarations. Each needs the right wording, the right parties named correctly, and in many cases notarisation before it carries any weight.

We prepare these documents from your instructions, check that the details match the identity documents of everyone involved, and take them through notarisation where that is required. Where a matter needs a licensed lawyer rather than a documentation service, we will tell you plainly rather than take the work on.
