Privacy Policy
What personal information we handle, why we need it, and how it is protected.
Our work involves handling documents that matter: passports, certificates, identity records. This policy explains what we collect, why we need it, who we share it with and how long we keep it. If anything here is unclear, please ask.
Last updated: September 2, 2026
This company is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Our contact details are on the contact page, and you can reach us at any time with a question about privacy.
Depending on the service you ask for, we may collect:
- Your name, nationality, date of birth, gender and marital status
- Passport, visa, Emirates ID and other identity document details
- Contact details: telephone number, email address and postal address
- Employment or sponsorship details, and company details where you instruct us as a business
- Family details, where an application covers dependants
- Certificates and supporting documents relevant to the application
- Records of our correspondence with you
Some services involve documents containing sensitive information, such as medical fitness results. We handle these only where they are required for the application you have asked us to make.
We collect information directly from you - in our office, by telephone, by email, by WhatsApp, or through the contact form on this website. Where you instruct us on behalf of someone else, such as an employee or a family member, we rely on you having their permission to share their details with us.
We use your information to:
- Prepare, type and submit applications on your behalf
- Communicate with government authorities and follow up on your case
- Answer your enquiries and keep you updated on progress
- Arrange medical appointments, translation and attestation where those form part of the service
- Keep records required for our own legal and licensing obligations
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
To do the work you have asked for, we share information with:
- The relevant government authorities and their approved service centres
- Typing centres, approved medical centres, translators and attestation agents
- Couriers, where documents need to be delivered
- Our own service providers, such as IT and email hosting
We share only what is needed for the task in hand. We may also disclose information where the law requires it. We do not share your information with anyone else without your permission.
When you complete the contact form we receive the details you enter, and a copy may be stored in the website administration area so we can respond and keep a record of the enquiry. Only administrators of this website can see it.
We do not record your IP address unless that setting has been deliberately enabled. Any file you attach is delivered to us by email and is then removed from the web server.
We keep information for as long as we are working on your matter, and afterwards for the period our own legal, licensing and accounting obligations require.
Website enquiries are kept only as long as they are useful, and can be set to delete automatically after a period we choose. Original documents are returned to you once the work is complete and are not retained.
Access to client information is limited to the people who need it to do the work. Physical documents are held securely while they are with us, and our website is served over an encrypted connection.
No system is completely secure, and messaging services such as WhatsApp and ordinary email are not fully private. If you would prefer to provide sensitive documents another way, tell us and we will arrange it.
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong or out of date
- Delete information we no longer need to keep
- Stop using your details to contact you about anything other than your active matter
Contact us and we will respond. Some information has to be retained to meet legal obligations, and where that applies we will explain why.
This website uses only the cookies WordPress needs to work - for example to keep an administrator signed in. It does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own.
If web fonts are enabled, your browser requests them from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request. This can be avoided entirely by selecting a system typeface in the theme settings.
If analytics or marketing tools are added to this website later, this section will be updated to say so.
Our services are for adults. We do handle children's details as part of family applications - a dependant visa or a new-born registration, for example - but only where a parent or guardian has instructed us.
Some of the services we use, such as email and website hosting, may store information on servers outside the United Arab Emirates. Where that happens we take reasonable steps to ensure your information remains protected.
We may update this policy as our services or the applicable rules change. The current version is always published on this page, and the date it was last revised is shown above.
If you have a question about how we handle your information, or you are concerned about something we have done, contact us using the details on our contact page. We will look into it and reply to you directly.
