Terms & Conditions
The terms on which we accept instructions and process applications on your behalf.
These terms explain how we work together: what we will do for you, what we need from you, and where the limits of our responsibility sit. They apply whenever you ask us to type, print, scan or copy a document for you, whether you instruct us in our office, by telephone, by email or by WhatsApp.

In these terms, "we" and "us" mean this company, and "you" means the person or business instructing us. These terms apply to every service we provide and to your use of this website. If we give you a separate written agreement for a particular piece of work, that agreement takes priority over anything inconsistent here.
We provide typing and photocopying services and document copying services. We type forms, letters, contracts, agreements and personal documents such as CVs from the information you give us, and we print, scan and copy documents.
We do not submit applications or deal with government departments on your behalf - you submit the finished documents yourself. We are not a government department and we are not a law firm. We do not issue visas, permits, identity cards or approvals, and we do not provide legal representation or legal advice.
Any document we type for you is submitted by you, and is accepted or refused by the office that receives it, not by us. We cannot guarantee that a document will be accepted.
Any turnaround time we give you is an estimate for our own typing or copying work. Busy periods, large jobs or missing information can make it take longer, and we will tell you promptly if that happens.
You are responsible for making sure that everything you give us is accurate, complete, genuine and current, and that you are entitled to provide it.
We read typed details back to you so mistakes are caught before printing, but we do not verify authenticity and we are not able to detect a well-made forgery. We will not copy or type a document we believe is false or altered, and if we become aware that a document is not genuine we will stop work immediately.
Please check every finished document before you use it. You are responsible for its contents once you have approved it.
Some jobs, such as copying a large file, require us to hold original documents for a short time. When we do, we will confirm what we have received and return the originals to you once the work is finished.
Please collect your documents promptly. We will contact you when they are ready, and we ask you not to leave originals with us for longer than the work requires.
Our fee for a piece of work is confirmed to you in writing before we begin, so you always know what you are agreeing to. Any courier or delivery costs are separate and are payable in addition.
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, work begins once payment has been received.
You may cancel an instruction at any time before the work is finished. Where we have already carried out work, we may retain a proportionate amount for the work done.
We cannot refund our fee simply because a document you submitted was refused by the office that received it, because that decision is not ours - what you are paying for is the typing or copying work.
We will carry out your instructions with reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for delays, refusals, fines or losses caused by matters outside our control. That includes decisions of the offices you submit documents to, changes in their forms or requirements, system outages, incorrect or incomplete information supplied to us, or documents provided late.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We correspond by telephone, email and WhatsApp. Messaging services are convenient but are not fully secure, and by contacting us through them you accept that. If you would rather send sensitive documents another way, tell us and we will arrange it.
We will send updates to the contact details you have given us. Please keep them current - a missed message can delay your job.
We treat your documents and personal information as confidential. We do not share them with anyone except the service providers needed to complete the work you have asked for, or where we are required to do so by law.
How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
The content of this website is provided for general information. Service descriptions, document lists and processing times are indicative and are not a substitute for advice on your own circumstances - requirements differ from case to case and change over time. Always confirm the current position with us before acting.
The text, images, branding and layout of this website belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you instruct us is the version that applies to that instruction. The date of the current version is shown above.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the United Arab Emirates have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
If you have a question about these terms, or you are unhappy with something we have done, contact us using the details on our contact page. We would always rather hear about a problem early, while there is still time to put it right.
