Entry Permit

An entry permit is the first step of the residency journey. We prepare the application, check every supporting document and keep you informed until the permit is issued.

An entry permit allows a sponsored family member or employee to travel to the UAE and begin the residency process. The application is submitted by the sponsor and must match the details on the applicant’s passport exactly, so a single typing mistake can delay everything by days.

Our consultants prepare the application on your behalf, review the passport details letter by letter, and confirm that your sponsorship file is in a position to accept a new applicant before anything is submitted. Once the permit is issued we send it to you and explain the next steps: entry to the country, change of status if required, medical fitness testing and the Emirates ID application.

Documents Required

  • Applicant passport copy Clear colour scan, valid for at least six months.
  • Passport-size photograph Recent, white background.
  • Sponsor passport and residency copy
  • Proof of relationship or employment Attested marriage or birth certificate, or an employment offer.
  • Sponsor tenancy contract Registered tenancy or title deed.

Eligibility & Requirements

  • A valid UAE sponsor A resident family sponsor or a licensed company.
  • Passport validity The applicant's passport must have sufficient remaining validity.
  • No outstanding immigration issues Previous visas must be properly cancelled.
