Visa Cancellation

A visa that is not cancelled correctly causes problems months later. We close the file properly and give you the confirmation in writing.

Residency visas must be formally cancelled when someone leaves a job, moves to a different sponsor or leaves the country for good. Skipping this step is one of the most common reasons a later application is rejected, and it can leave an overstay accruing quietly in the background.

  • Sponsor authorisation Signed request from the sponsor or employer.

  • No open cases Outstanding matters on the file must be settled first.
