Documents Clearing

Certificate Attestation

Attestation follows a fixed chain of steps. Skip one and the whole file comes back. We manage the sequence for you.

  • The chain kept in order Each stage completed before the next is started.
  • Updated at every stage You always know where your document is.

A certificate issued outside the UAE – a degree, a marriage certificate, a birth certificate, a company document – normally has to be authenticated in the country that issued it, then by the UAE mission there, and then by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs here. Each step depends on the one before it, and documents are regularly returned because the chain was started in the wrong place.

We identify the correct sequence for your document and the country it came from, prepare the submissions, and keep you updated as the file moves through each stage. Where a document must be attested in its country of origin first, we will tell you exactly what has to happen there before anything can begin in the UAE.
