Terms & Conditions
The terms on which we accept instructions and process applications on your behalf.
These terms explain how we work together: what we will do for you, what we need from you, and where the limits of our responsibility sit. They apply whenever you ask us to prepare or submit an application on your behalf, whether you instruct us in our office, by telephone, by email or by WhatsApp.

In these terms, "we" and "us" mean this company, and "you" means the person or business instructing us. These terms apply to every service we provide and to your use of this website. If we give you a separate written agreement for a particular piece of work, that agreement takes priority over anything inconsistent here.
We are a documents and government-services consultancy. We prepare, type, translate and submit applications, and we follow those applications up with the relevant authority.
We are not a government department and we are not a law firm. We do not issue visas, permits, identity cards or approvals, and we do not provide legal representation or legal advice. Where a matter needs a licensed advocate or another regulated professional, we will tell you rather than take the work on.
Every application we submit is decided by the relevant authority, not by us. We cannot guarantee that an application will be approved, and we cannot control how long a decision takes.
Any timeline we give you is an estimate based on how similar applications have been handled recently. Government systems, fee structures and document requirements change, sometimes at short notice, and a change can affect an application that is already in progress. We will tell you promptly if that happens to yours.
You are responsible for making sure that everything you give us is accurate, complete, genuine and current, and that you are entitled to provide it.
We check documents for the problems that commonly cause rejections, but we do not verify authenticity and we are not able to detect a well-made forgery. Submitting false or altered documents to a government authority is a serious matter and the consequences fall on the applicant. If we become aware that a document is not genuine we will stop work immediately.
If information changes while an application is in progress - a new passport, a new address, a cancelled visa - tell us straight away.
Some services require us to hold original documents, such as certificates being attested. When we do, we will confirm what we have received and return the originals to you once the work is finished.
Please collect your documents promptly. We will contact you when they are ready, and we ask you not to leave originals with us for longer than the work requires.
Our fee for a piece of work is confirmed to you in writing before we begin, so you always know what you are agreeing to. Government fees, typing-centre charges, medical fees, translation charges and courier costs are separate from our fee and are payable in addition.
Government fees are set by the authorities and can change without notice. Where a fee increases after you have instructed us, we will tell you before incurring it.
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, work begins once payment has been received.
You may cancel an instruction at any time before we submit an application. Where we have already carried out work, we may retain a proportionate amount for the work done.
Government fees, once paid to an authority, are generally not refundable to us and therefore cannot be refunded to you. We cannot refund our fee simply because an application is refused, because the outcome is not ours to decide - what you are paying for is the preparation, submission and follow-up, not a guaranteed result.
We will carry out your instructions with reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for delays, refusals, fines or losses caused by matters outside our control. That includes decisions and processing times of government authorities, changes in rules or fees, system outages, incorrect or incomplete information supplied to us, documents provided late, or an applicant failing to attend a required appointment.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We correspond by telephone, email and WhatsApp. Messaging services are convenient but are not fully secure, and by contacting us through them you accept that. If you would rather send sensitive documents another way, tell us and we will arrange it.
We will send updates to the contact details you have given us. Please keep them current - a missed message can delay an application.
We treat your documents and personal information as confidential. We share them only with the authorities, typing centres, translators and service providers needed to complete the work you have asked for, or where we are required to do so by law.
How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
The content of this website is provided for general information. Service descriptions, document lists and processing times are indicative and are not a substitute for advice on your own circumstances - requirements differ from case to case and change over time. Always confirm the current position with us before acting.
The text, images, branding and layout of this website belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you instruct us is the version that applies to that instruction. The date of the current version is shown above.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the United Arab Emirates have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
If you have a question about these terms, or you are unhappy with something we have done, contact us using the details on our contact page. We would always rather hear about a problem early, while there is still time to put it right.
