Establishment Card – New & Renewal

No establishment card means no employee visas. We keep yours current.

An establishment card links a company to the immigration system and is a prerequisite for sponsoring any employee. It is issued after the trade licence and must be renewed alongside it.

We open new establishment files for newly licensed companies and manage renewals for existing ones, so recruitment is never held up by an expired card. Where the licence details have changed – a new address, a new activity, a new partner – we make sure the immigration record is updated to match.

Documents Required

  • Valid trade licence
  • Memorandum of association Where applicable to the licence type.
  • Owner or partner passport copies
  • Registered tenancy contract
  • Company stamp and signed application

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Active trade licence The licence must be valid at the time of application.

How The Process Works

  1. Licence review

We confirm the licence details and what the immigration file needs.

  2. Application filed

New card opened or renewal submitted.

  3. Card issued

You receive the card and we diarise the next renewal.

Important Notes

Renew the establishment card at the same time as the trade licence. Letting it lapse suspends the ability to process employee visas.

Government requirements and processing times are updated regularly. Our team confirms the current rules for your specific case before an application is submitted.
